1Account Eligibility & Registration

To register and use gcup4's services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Register with accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information — including your full name, phone number, email address and a valid bank account number.
• Register only one account only under the same name, phone number, email address, or device.
• Not residing in a country or region where online gambling platforms are prohibited.
• Not currently under a self-exclusion period imposed by gcup4 or any other gambling platform.

Gcup4 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time. Required documents may include a Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, or other official documents. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in the account being temporarily suspended until the KYC process is complete.

Users are solely responsible for keeping their password and login credentials secure. gcup4 is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their account credentials.

2Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

• Accepted deposit methods: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost and direct bank transfer.
• Deposit processing time: Deposits are typically credited to your gcup4 account within 1–5 minutes after a successful transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time: gcup4 processes all withdrawal requests within 15–30 minutes on business days.
• Minimum deposit limit: RM10 per transaction, subject to the selected payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal limit: RM50 per request. Maximum daily withdrawal limit is RM50,000.

All withdrawals are processed to the bank account or digital wallet registered under the same user's name. gcup4 reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests for compliance review or KYC purposes. In such cases, the support team will contact the user within 24 working hours.

Gcup4 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or digital wallet provider may impose their own fees, which are beyond gcup4's control.

3Bonus & Promotion Rules

All bonuses and promotions offered by gcup4 are subject to specific conditions stated in each offer. The general rules are as follows:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement of its own that must be met before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus is available exclusively to new users making their first deposit. One account, one household, one device, or one IP address is entitled to one welcome bonus only.

4User Conduct & Account Security

Gcup4 users are required to conduct themselves responsibly and adhere to the following guidelines throughout their use of the platform:

• Attempting to exploit software bugs or technical vulnerabilities on the platform is strictly prohibited. Any bugs discovered must be reported to the gcup4 support team immediately.
• Sharing your account with any other party, including family members, is strictly prohibited. Each user is solely responsible for all activities carried out under their account.
